Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis) has demanded a vote on changing the 60-vote Senate filibuster rule as Republicans struggle to pass the SAVE America Act through the upper chamber. Johnson argues that it is crucial to get Democrats on the record to clarify their intentions. John Kennedy (R) has suggested that Republicans use the budget reconciliation process to pass this bill with a simple majority.
