CCTV Captures Sea Plane Skidding on Phoenix Road During Emergency Landing

A small plane made an emergency landing on a suburban road in Phoenix, Arizona, due to an engine problem. The three occupants were able to safely exit the aircraft and were evaluated for injuries. The incident occurred at about 2:15pm on April 12. The police are now investigating the origins of the incident.
