Donovan Danhausen, a comic-horror wrestler from Metro Detroit, made his WWE debut during the Elimination Chamber event in Chicago. The event featured a segment where a mystery box was opened and a cast cast out of the character Danhausens, dressed in white facepaint and dressed as a local TV host of a horror movie marathon. The debut was viewed 3 million times on WWE's website, with mixed reactions to the character's appearance. Danhaushenen, who was born in Metro Detroit and raised in the city, has been successful in pro wrestling and trained with pro wrestling coach Truth Martini. He will continue to train with Ring of Honor and All Elite Wrestling.
