A man was killed by a hit-and-run driver near the city of San Diego. The victim was also hit by a second vehicle, but the driver remained at the scene. The incident occurred at around 2:20 a.m. and occurred in the area of West Mission Bay and Sea World drives. No drug or alcohol was involved in the incident.
