Lacey Police Blotter: Eluding, Assault by Auto, DWI, Thefts, Animal Cruelty Reported in January

Lacey Police reported numerous incidents of shoplifting, drug possession, and animal cruelty in January. Alfred Delvecchio, 39, of Little Egg Harbor was arrested and charged with Credit Card Theft and Shoplifting after being found in possession of stolen boots and credit cards. Craig Beaulieu, 51, of Forked River, was arrested for DWI on January 10 after observing his vehicle cross the centerline. Matthew Latauro, 37, returned the merchandise and was charged with Shoplifting. Hlif Parry, 42, of Lanoka Harbor, was charged for Shoplifting, after failing to scan $79.30 worth of merchandise at a self-checkout. On January 15, John O’Neill, 38, of Lacey was arrested following a motor vehicle crash. Erin Finkbohner, 45, of Barnegat, was also arrested for several outstanding warrants and transported to the Ocean County Jail. Michael O'Hare Jr., 38, from Ocean Gate, was transported to a trauma center for injuries and later transported to jail. Michael Lobue, 45 from Bayville, was identified as the suspect who took a stolen iPhone, and was arrested on January 24 for theft.
