Lee’s Summit, Ray-Pec among school districts delaying starts for Monday morning due to weather

Several school districts across the Kansas City area have announced delayed starts on Monday morning due to severe weather conditions. The Lee’s Summit R-7 School District will implement a one-hour delay for all students and staff, with buses picking up students one hour later and two hours later. Meanwhile, Ray-Pec Schools will also delay its school day by two hours.
