Wildlife Photographer Spends 8 Hours Tracking Rare White Bald Eagle to Capture Striking Images

Wildlife photographer Terry Nunn spent nearly a full day tracking a rare leucistic bald eagle in southwest Missouri. Nunn returned to the area specifically to capture these stunning images. He spent roughly eight hours observing the eagle as it moved between trees, hoping it would eventually come closer for a good photo. However, the bird eventually flew within a few hundred yards, giving Nunn his best opportunity to capture the images. The photos were taken while Nunn was lying on the ground and by shooting through fences and trees.
