New housing data for February 2026 from the Massachusetts Association of Realtors showed decreased sales and new listings for Wayland, with four of these sales down 33% from February 2025. While there were fewer homes available, prices also decreased. The median sale price for a single-family home decreased by more than 24% to $1,025,000. The data suggests that harsh winter conditions may have contributed to decreased buyer activity.
