Arest made in deadly shooting at S. Wichita apartment complex

Wichita police have arrested a 32-year-old man in connection with the fatal shooting of 38-year old Montel Parks. The arrest was made after patrol officers recognized the suspect's vehicle from an internal informational bulletin distributed by investigators. The suspect will be charged with 1st Degree Murder, Discharge Occupied Vehicle, and Felon in possession of a firearm.
