Judge Rejects Laura Loomer's Defamation Claim Against Bill Maher And HBO

A federal judge has rejected a defamation lawsuit by right-wing activist Laura Loomer against Bill Maher, stating that she did not meet the threshold for proving that he acted with actual malice. The judge stated that the comments were made during an episode where Loomher was questioned about her relationship with President Trump. Lomper had sought over $150 million in damages.
