Law enforcement practice motorcycle skills before BPD competition at River Walk Park

The Bakersfield Police Department's third annual Motorcycle Riding Skills Competition will take place at The Park at River Walk Park, where hundreds of law enforcement officers are expected to compete. The competition will be held at 8 a.m. The parking lot at the event will be closed to the public during the event, but the park will remain open.
