The NFL's season ends in February, with the focus on free agency, trades, and the NFL Draft in April. However, April also brings several significant questions, including extensions for George Pickens and Lamar Jackson. The Cowboys have until July 15 to try to secure a new deal for Pickens, who is coming off a successful season and turns 25 years old. The Ravens have begun their offseason workout program with new coach Jesse Minter, but are unsure if Jackson will be part of it. Aaron Rodgers remains uncertain about his future with the Steelers, who have acquired Michael Pittman Jr. and Will Willahah. The Vikings have yet to find a full-time replacement for their GM Kwesi Adofoens.
