The plane was carrying a pilot and passenger, who were unharmed but potentially serious injuries. The report details the moments leading up to the crash, which left one person hospitalized. It also revealed that the plane experienced a loss of engine power shortly after takeoff and subsequent impact on the outboard right wing.
