The Poliscan Enforcement Trailer, a type of speed camera produced in Germany by Vitronic, has been popularised online for its unique appearance and appearance. The trailers can be moved from place to place and can be monitored remotely by a computer. This is part of a larger purchase by Montgomery County, Maryland, which also purchased 96 additional portable speed cameras and 38 school zone speed enforcement devices. The multi-million-dollar contract with Vitronic was announced in November 2025.
