The 48th annual Calle Ocho, Miami's largest Latin music festival, took place despite heavy rain and wind. The organizers had to change plans due to the weather conditions, but the party continued. The festival was packed with over 200,000 people and featured live performances of salsa, reggaeton and live performances. This was the first time rain affected the festival in decades. The weather improved as the weather improved.
