N.J. live power outage tracker: Thousands in dark due to severe storms, gusty winds

Thousands of New Jersey homes and businesses are without power due to severe weather conditions. The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for 16 of the state's 21 counties. The peak of the storms is expected to occur between 5 and 11 p.m.
. The watch covers every county except those of Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Passaic and Union.
