Three new communities in Temecula, California, are set to debut at a grand opening event featuring 132 new Richmond American homes. The event will also feature a Mediterranean cookout, a live DJ, and an ice cream bar. The homes will be ready for move-in in April. The new communities include Crestview, Goldenview Estates, and Sablewood Estates.
