South Euclid City Council approved a conditional use permit for a 32-unit townhome development off Trebisky Road. The permit is required if developer Rick Sommers Development Group meets 12 conditions. The planned development would include a street that would end in a cul-de-sac and sell for $400,000-$500,000 each. The addition of two ponds to the site plan could help alleviate anticipated drainage issues within the development. The final landscaping plan will require approval from the Architectural Review Board and Planning Commission. If successful, the development could begin construction in spring of 2027.
