UK heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall has given an update on his recovery from a serious eye injury that has left him unable to compete. He plans to face the winner of Alex Pereira vs. Ciryl Gane in the upcoming co-main event of UFC White House. Asinanall's absence has led to the creation of an interim heavyweight title, which will be fought for by Alex and Gane. If successful in his return, Aspinan will face new opponents in the UFC's heavyweight division.
