Marvin Alberto Ulloa, a daycare operator in Murrieta, is accused of sexually abusing a girl between July 2020 and 2025. The charges stem from nine counts of lewd acts on a minor, two counts of forced oral copulation of a child under 10 years old and other charges related to multiple counts of attempted child pornography. The alleged abuse occurred at Ulleno Family Daycare. Both parties have agreed to proceed with a jury trial in mid-July.
