Police identify body found near Mecklenburg/Gaston County border

The body of 24-year-old Julian Cyruss was found near the border of Mecklenburg/Gaston County, North Carolina, on March 17. The body was found in a utility right-of-the-way by a person checking the property. Police are investigating the death as a homicide.
