Newly released video shows a Tesla driver apparently asleep behind the wheel on the 10 Freeway in Colton, California. The video was taken around 3:30 p.m. and was immediately reported to the California Highway Patrol. Regardless of whether or not the car is fully autonomous, it is illegal to sleep behind the steering wheel.
