Myles Garrett, the Cleveland Browns star, has been cited for speeding in Northeast Ohio, marking the second time since he flipped his Porsche in 2023. This is the ninth time Garrett has been stopped for speeding since being drafted by the Browns in 2017. He has also been charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
