Fresno CHP Arrests Four in Stolen BMW with Stolen Credit Cards

The California Highway Patrol has arrested four people in a stolen BMW X4 used as a getaway vehicle. The vehicle was found with three men and one woman, all carrying stolen credit cards, and all were booked into jail. The incident occurred shortly after midnight.
