A fast-casual Japanese restaurant, Pepper Lunch, is opening in Frisco, Texas, with the first 100 customers receiving a free entrée. The restaurant, which has over 500 locations worldwide, will also offer a buy one, get one beef pepper rice from Saturday through Monday. The owner, Phil Guo, plans to expand Pepper Lunch across North Texas with additional locations planned.
