Carlton Bryan, 45, is accused of raping a woman on his boat at a New Rochelle marina in August 2025. The victim was unable to give consent due to her physical immaturity. Bryan was arraigned on charges of first-degree rape, third-degree sexual abuse, and second-level sexual abuse. The case is being prosecuted by the Sex Crimes and Human Trafficking Bureau.
