Brooklyn detectives are searching for three suspects in a shooting that left a 9-year-old boy seriously wounded. The incident occurred within the 73rd Precinct where police had touted a record number of guns seized citywide amid historic drops in shootings and murders so far in 2026. The victim was apparently struck by a stray shot and was rushed to Maimonides Medical Center in stable condition. Three individuals seen at the scene are currently being questioned for questioning. No arrests have been made so far.
