Twin Pines Diner in East Haven, CT, has partnered with local attorney Andrew Amendola and community sponsors to provide free Easter dinners to military veterans, seniors, and residents in need. The program, now in its sixth year, also includes delivery of over 200 Easter baskets to local children in need through East Haven Public Schools, Saint Pio’s Church, and the Community Dining Room. This year's effort raised $8,000 for this year's efforts. The meals will be available for pick-up between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., with advance registration required by Friday.
