N.J. police chase ends with a crash and 2 in handcuffs

A police chase in Elizabeth, New Jersey, resulted in two arrests after a "felony vehicle" was spotted driving near Grove and South Broad streets. The vehicle failed to stop and the police began a pursuit when it continued. The chase ended when the vehicle crashed near Bayway and Clarkson avenues. It is unclear whether anyone was injured during the incident.
