Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni reportedly declined a last-minute settlement attempt over their sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit. The co-stars will face each other in court next month after failing to resolve the case during a meeting with a New York City judge. Only three claims against Baldoni remain, including breach of contract, retaliation, and aiding and abetting in retaliation. The court dismissed 13 of Lively's allegations against the Wayfarer Studios co-founder on Thursday. Lively publicly commented on the court ruling, stating that her sexual harassment allegations were not going to court due to Lively being an independent contractor rather than an employee.
