"Oh hi Switch 2": Mewgenics port looks imminent as The Binding of Isaac co-creator shows off the new roguelike running on Nintendo's hardware

The team behind Super Meat Boy's roguelike, Mewgenics, may be bringing it to the Switch 2 and PlayStation 5 soon, according to co-creator Edmund McMillen. McMillan shared a brief clip of Mewgenic running on the Switch, followed by another video showcasing a PS5 port. The game is currently only available on Steam, indicating its appeal for hybrid gameplay between home console and handheld. If developers incorporate cross-progression, it could be a significant boost in sales. No release date has been set yet.
