Sheryl Sandberg has appointed Bridget Griswold, a 25-year-old college graduate, as CEO of her feminist nonprofit, Lean In. Despite Grisewold having no traditional nonprofit leadership experience, Sandberg quickly promoted her to the position. This move has led to departures from senior staff, including two of the nonprofit's five highest-paid executives earning more than $290,000. Sandberg is now pushing for a sharper approach as cultural attitudes shift towards more traditional gender roles. The shakeup comes as Lean In focuses on confronting the rise of so-called "tradwives" and their traditional roles.
