Scammers Sending Fake Arrest Warrants, Point Pleasant Police Warn

The Point Pleasant Police have issued a warning about a new scam that involves fake "arrest warrants" that appear official and demand immediate payment. The fraudulent warrants often claim the person is wanted for "failure to appear" or "contempt of court". The law enforcement will never request payment or resolve these requests over the phone or email.
