The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSD) is planning a closure of the southbound Palisades Interstate Parkway to Exit 9W (Interstate 87) northbound, in the Town of Clarkstown, from March 25 to mid-November for bridge work. The closure is expected to be followed by increased fines for speeding in the work zone.
