Eight-time Grammy winner Kacey Musgraves is set to release her sixth studio album, Middle of Nowhere, on May 1. The album includes collaborations with Willie Nelson, Miranda Lambert, Billy Strings and Gregory Alan Isakov. The 13-song collection was prefaced by "Dry Spell," a track that addresses Musgraving's 335-day period of abstinence. The record was produced by longtime collaborators Daniel Tashian and Ian Fitchuk and directed by Hannah Lux Davis. The first single was "Dried Spell," which addresses Musgrave's period of being alone and living in a "liminal space"
