Jesse Findling performed at Massapequa High School in a performance that included him on vocals and Dr. Gina Aspetti, his elementary school music teacher, on the piano. The high school students also had a Q&A session with Findling about his favorite artists and plans to join an "American Idol" tour after this season ends. For district administrators, the opportunity was a valuable one for students to see a pathway for them in the arts. Despite previous attempts to win "American Idol" at home, their older sister, Samantha, won.
