Man arrested in connection with deadly shooting on North 49th St. in Baton Rouge

Police have arrested 40-year-old Princeton Oliver in connection with a deadly shooting on North 49th Street in Baton Rouge. The shooting occurred around 2:40 a.m. on March 11 and is believed to have occurred during an argument. Oliver is charged with second-degree murder, felon in possession of a firearm, and illegal use of a weapon. He has a history of arrests for simple burglary, manslaughter, and tax evasion.
