An officer-involved shooting in Hickory, North Carolina, leaves one person dead and another injured. The incident occurred in the Kenworth neighborhood along 5th Street Southeast. The victim was reportedly armed and pointed at police officers after they asked him to drop his weapon. The second person injured was not an officer.
