Nvidia and Atlassian back Legora’s $600m Series D

Swedish-founded Legora has raised $600m in its Series D round, bringing the total to $866m and maintaining its $5.6 billion valuation. The company has added $50 million to the Series D, with new investors including Nvidia's venture arm, NVentures, and Atlassian, as well as Adams Street Partners, Airtree, Barclays, Geodesic Capital, and Insight Partners. This investment marks Nvidia's first investment in legal tech, marking a significant investment in the legal sector. Legora's total capital raised by the company since its founding in Stockholm in 2023 stands at $866 million. The firm recently surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue, marking one of the fastest ARR trajectories in European software history. The expansion of Legora’s US office in New York and Houston offices are planned.
