Salt Ranch Hotel, formerly known as Maple Manor, Congress Inn, opened its doors on April 1, 2026 in East Nashville. The hotel features a barroom and cafe, a pool club, and coworking space. During the design process, the Salt Ranch team discovered hundreds of vintage post cards from the building's previous iterations and are incorporating them around the property. The building's original wood beams and floors date back to the 1800s and were kept intact during the years-long renovation process. Nashville-based creative art studio Canned Pineapple Co. designed custom murals for the outside of Salt Ranch Hotel.
