A carjacking suspect has been apprehended after jumping off the southbound Causeway Bridge in New Orleans. The incident occurred at 10:46 a.m. and caused the closure of southbound lanes on the bridge. The suspect was pulled from the water after initially refusing to climb into a rescue bucket. The police pursued the suspect after he allegedly carjacked a victim in Mandeville, Louisiana.
