Inmate Was At The End Of A 22 Year Sentence, When Feds Discovered He Was Trafficking Fentanyl From Prison

Kerome Lendon Paisley, a former inmate of the Southern District of New York, was arrested on the day he was due to be released from his prison sentence. He was found guilty of trafficking over 10,000 counterfeit fentanyl pills from behind bars. The United States Attorney for the Southern District Office praised the investigative work of Homeland Security Investigations and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
