Teen killed in St. Paul shooting identified; woman shot expected to survive, police say

The victim of a fatal shooting in St. Paul has been identified as 17-year-old Quincy Marshall. Creshawn Depre Pryor, 22, has been charged with second-degree murder and attempted murder in the March 18 shooting. The woman, who was shot three times, is expected to survive. Police responded to the scene shortly after the shooting and found Marshall with gunshot wounds to the chest and thigh. The suspect claimed that Marshall had come with a firearm and had threatened to break down or shoot through her door.
