Tesla's amended annual filing reveals a $573M web of transactions between Elon Musk's companies, including SpaceX and xAI, which accounted for $143.3 million in revenue from SpaceX and $430.1 million in energy storage products from xAI. The company also incurred $4 million in expenses to xAI under consulting and support agreements. Tesla paid SpaceX $11.4 million under commercial agreements, plus $400,000 for use of a SpaceX-owned aircraft. The Boring Company (TBC) received $900,000 in commercial agreements related to the tunnel TBC built under Gigafactory Texas to connect the Cybertruck line to a loading lot. Tesla also disclosed transactions with JB Straubel’s Redwood Materials, a battery recycling company. The $573 million in total revenue from Musk's two companies is significant.
