Police were called to a fight in Penn Township, Westmoreland County, on March 28 for reports of multiple stabbing incidents. Timothy Rosario, 29, was arrested and accused of stabbing another man multiple times. The victim was found with stab wounds to his head, stomach, and shoulder. Rosario faces multiple charges including attempted homicide and aggravated assault.
