Eric Graham Parker, a 55-year-old Westchester EMT, has been sentenced to two years in prison and three years of post-release supervision for a violent assault on his then-partner in 2024. The assault left the victim with a fractured and dislocated shoulder, and a torn rotator cuff. The judge provided permanent orders of protection for the victim and witnesses. The DA, Susan Cacace, emphasized that domestic abuse impacts victims across all social and economic boundaries and continues to be a priority for her administration. The case was investigated by the Mount Vernon Police Department and prosecuted by Assistant DA Alexandra Kontos.
