The 23rd Judicial District Attorney's Office, which includes parishes of Ascension, Assumption and St. James, reported guilty pleas during the week of April 6-10. Raymond Musso, 18236 Little Prairie Rd. Prairieville, LA, age 65, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 36 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 36 months supervised probation. Daniel Lang, age 49, was also convicted of Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule. However, no court news was reported for Assumption Parish.
