The arrest of 32-year-old Martine Mayorquin has been announced for the strangulation death of 28-year old Katlynne Roy. The incident occurred on Monday, April 13 in the 600 block of North Dodge Boulevard. Mayorquin allegedly admitted to strangling the woman twice in front of their three children. The judge set bail at $1,000,000 and the next court appearance will be on April 24.
