Shooting investigation underway at DeKalb County apartments

Police are investigating an early morning shooting at an apartment complex in DeKalb County, Georgia. The incident occurred around 2.30am. Most of the investigation has been focused on the upstairs units. The police are working with the owner of the apartment.
