Dillon Kelly, a 33-year-old Harrison man, has been charged with fleeing by vehicle or conveyance, reckless driving, speeding over the limit, and improper passing on the left. The high-speed chase nearly ended in a head-on collision with a vehicle. The suspect crossed into the southbound lane to pass another vehicle, causing the other driver to slow down. After being ordered out of the vehicle, Kelly was taken into custody and charged with disorderly behavior.
